Two years ago I had a total hip replacement. I am in the 55+ bracket and training with Julie at Prime Pilates has been one of my best investments in my mental and physical well being. Julie pays attention to my discomforts (legitimate ones) and with knowledge and creativity adjusts and varies my workout so I am able to effectively work my total body at each session. After my sessions I feel stronger, longer, lighter and in control of my body. With Julie’s encouragement and support “You have to be kidding” becomes “OK I will try” and then “I did it!” Thank you Julie.
