Beginner Foundations. Learn the language of Pilates, the parts of the apparatus, and how to adjust the equipment correctly. In a small group of up to six people, you’ll practice the first level beginner system and build the skills and confidence to progress to the next level.
The next step after Prime Root. Build on the exercises learned in Root with an emphasis on the six Pilates principles: flow, control, precision, coordination, concentration, and breath. Develop the four S’s: strength, stretch, stamina, and stability.
All Levels. The next step after Prime Root and Classical Beg/Int, preparing you for Prime Ignite. Explore a different flow each class, moving through varied positions on the reformer to build confidence with spring resistance and develop control. Leave feeling strong, lengthened, and energized.
Elevate your workout and your focus by being introduced to the mat, the tower and the chair. This class uses all the apparatus to build deeper awareness to your mind-muscle connection in a creative flow that’s different every class.
Clients must have Intermediate or Advanced approval from an instructor to participate.
Advanced. Build on Classical Beg/Int in this faster-paced class for experienced Pilates students. Familiarity with all beginner and intermediate exercises in the classical system is required as you progress to advanced exercises such as Snake and Twist. Classes may use all pieces of apparatus to develop balanced strength, stretch, stamina, and stability.
Clients must have Intermediate or Advanced approval from an instructor to participate.
Advanced. An energizing, athletic contemporary Pilates flow that builds strength and endurance using dynamic movements and heavy spring resistance. Clients must have instructor approval to participate in Prime Ignite.

Advanced. This dynamic reformer class uses the Jumpboard for controlled, low-impact jumping that raises your heart rate and builds stamina while being easy on the joints. An energizing cardio twist on your Pilates practice.

Equal parts arms, abs, and ass. Build strength with heavier resistance and higher repetitions. Clients should be comfortable kneeling, standing, and moving around the reformer.

Intermediate. Elevate your lower body workout, targeting the legs and glutes. Experience dynamic exercises that increase strength, tone, and endurance in your lower body.
Clients must have Intermediate or Advanced approval from an instructor to participate.

Restorative. Core burn. Stretchy. Combine focused core work with deep stretching and restorative movement to build stability, release tension, and leave you feeling balanced and refreshed.

Athletic. Sculpting. A full-body mat workout that builds strength and challenges endurance. Expect to sweat, shake, and find your inner fire.
